The Accor Hospitality Business Account has been specifically designed to make managing

So you can do away with time-consuming expense claim processes and cash advances.
Even better, nobody needs to use personal cards for business expenses.
And because we realise every business is different, we give you the freedom to decide
how you want your account to work. You can either manage it through one card held
by the central account manager, or have individual cards for your travellers.

One monthly VAT invoice will identify each transaction with its hotel and the dates
of stay.

Receive management reports by email on a monthly basis or as and when required,
to facilitate closer account monitoring and faster reconciliation.

To ensure complete security each central account manager will be given a unique
username and password. They will then be able to:
- access records of the previous 12 months' transactions
